Winterhouse Projects exhibiting Aya Ogasawara at Art Fair 14C, March 15 – 17, 2019 in Jersey City, NJ

Aya Ogasawara | Memory and Mirage

Winterhouse Projects is delighted to announce that we will be showing the work of artist Aya Ogasawara at the 14C Art Fair (http://www.artfair14c.com) in Jersey City, New Jersey from March 15-17. 14C’s mission – to “focus on strengthening and supporting small and medium sized galleries, as well as non-profit arts organizations and individual artists” – is completely in line with our ethos. This is a truly international fair, with galleries from Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paolo, and all over the United States.

In addition to showing with Winterhouse Projects at the 14C Art Fair, Aya Ogasawara’s work has also been accepted into the fair’s prestigious Juried Show, which will showcase the work of New Jersey-based artists. Although Aya is Japanese by birth and was trained and lived in New York City for many years, she now lives and works in New Jersey (lucky for us!). The panel of judges selected 39 artists, representing 12 of New Jersey’s 21 counties. The judges were: Ivy Brown of Ivy Brown Gallery, Jacquie Grande, Director of Reveal Art Fair, Jonathan LeVine of Jonathan LeVine Projects and Susan Mumford, CEO of the Association of Women Art Dealers.
